As we are very family-friendly we offer large families or families and friends up to 2 very comfortable inflatable queen-size guest beds to be able to sleep up to 12 adults. Baby beds and highchairs are available on request from the property manager free of charge.

*The boat lift does not belong to any rental house contract. It is way easier to tie up a boat to our dock than to maneuver it into the boat lift. You do not need a boat lift if you rent a boat in Cape Coral.
Boat Rental
Take the chance to get instructions for your rental boat directly at this vacation rental house! We rented boats ourselves for more than 10 years from May 2008 until May 2018. We can recommend a boat rental company with an outstanding reputation which we know since 2005. We can also answer your questions about boating - please ask if you are interested in renting a boat and we are going to supply you with all information requested!
- The boat will be supplied to you at the dock and picked up after the rental period is over
- The very experienced captains explain and instruct you and they show you how to ride a boat safely
- The boats have sea-tow insurance, just in case, and even pick you up in Cabbage Key (they do not do this for some other boat rental companies)
- For boaters, we offer extra boat towels, which are in the right master walk-in closet
Tiki-Hut on the Boat Dock

Guests Suffering from Allergies
- This is a non-smoking house – smoking is allowed outside and only if the shutters are open and all doors to the house are closed
- Sorry, no pets are allowed
- Mosquitoes are very rare in our area compared to the SW of Cape Coral.
- You see a lot of pool areas without any pool screens in this area. "No-see-ums" are barely noted in this part of Cape Coral for years.

Our house has always been cleaned professionally which means we already fulfilled the requirements we had to consider according to CDC requirements even before Covid-19 occurred.
No need to be worried. You might be worried as the authorities no longer require vacation rentals to be cleaned according to CDC-cleaning standards. We keep our high standards to clean our vacation house.
The house is vented throughout after guests leave and before new guests arrive. Thanks for your understanding that the cleaning staff does not let anyone into the house and the garage during the cleaning process.
It is the highest target of our cleaning staff to clean the house perfect for your worry-free vacation or staycation!
