| Cleaning Charge: | $130 up to 2 people, >2 people $150 to be paid to the property manager, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged by the property manager. Regarding fiscal considerations, please note that the cleaning fees are charged directly by the property manager. |
| Electricity: | $25 per week is already included in the rental rate, additional consumption will be charged according to the price list from the provider LCEC valid during your stay plus 6 % sales tax. |
| Taxes: | 11 % (6 % sales tax and 5 % tourist tax) |
